  7. Closes the Workbench screen in order to save memory.  Designed
  8. to be used in cobination with other utilities, such as Steve
  9. Lemieux's AutoPubScreen which use public screens.  A commodity
  10. such as KCommodity can then have a hotkey which opens CLI's
  11. on public screens.  The S:Shell-Startup can call CloseWorkBench
  12. so that only one screen is open at a time, and each can have
  13. different colours / resolutions.  This allows use of 8+ colour
  14. interlaced Workbench screens, and 4 colour non-interlaced CLI
  15. windows.
